I am an applied economist, working in the areas of entrepreneurship and consumer finance. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. I am on the job market this year and will be available for interviews at the 2018 ASSA meetings in Philadelphia.
I am mainly interested in entrepreneurial finance and how experiences influence investment decisions. My job market paper explores the role of crowdfunding in the market for early-stage financing. I have also studied the influence of entrepreneurial experience on firm strategy over the business cycle and the connection between economic conditions during childhood and investment later in life. More information can be found on my Research page.
